HDMI02DPX-3D
The HDMI02DPX-3D is a smart camera with built-in software and a Z-stage that allows the user to capture 3D and 2D images and measure them with an accuracy of 2 mu just with the click of the mouse. With the HDMI02DPX-3D it is possible to turn most old or new microscopes into a modern and advanced 3D microscope. The HDMI02DPX can be installed on metallographic, stereo, monocular, and other reflective microscopes.

Microscopes are limited to a shallow depth of field especially in high magnification, one way to overcome this challenge is to use EDF.
The HDMI02DPX-3D build-in smart EDF algorithm can help solve these problems, obtain all the details of the sample at high magnifications and capture a clear and correct full-frame focus image just with a click of the mouse.
The HDMI02DPX-3D enables you to finish your batches measuring project as quickly as possible. With the stereo microscope of 2.5 times magnifying, the 2D automatic measurement accuracy and repeatability are ±5 micron and ±3 micron.
Only one click to create a 3D image, then the sample can be observed in real color or pseudo-color model with 360° rotation, measure any position, and record data in real-time. With the metallographic microscope of 10 times the objective lens, the Z-axis measurement accuracy, and repeatability is±2 micron and±1 micron. The higher magnification objective lens, and the higher precision data.
