The qEV Concentration Kit is a concentration system for extracellular vesicles.
It does not require ultracentrifuges, only a regular centrifuge.
With this kit, EVs can be concentrated from 600 µL to 20 mL into a pellet, which can be used for downstream analysis such as Western Blot, PCR, or RNA analysis.
Once the binding has occurred, it cannot be reversed, which is an important factor to consider for subsequent analyses.
Kit contents:
5 mL of Nanotrap® particles. The volume of Nanotrap® particles required depends on the volume of the purified sample to be concentrated.
